Waiver

Assignment

Law and jurisdiction
You agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall govern any use of this website, without regard to rules relating to conflict of laws, including with regard to any dispute arising from your use of this website or any materials from this website. The courts of the Province of Ontario shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over all claims.
Entire agreement
