The Niagara Institute, established in 1971, is the leadership development division of The Conference Board of Canada. We are one of the most trusted providers of high-impact, high-quality leadership development solutions. Our team of experienced leadership and organizational development professionals and partners work with clients to build strong leaders and successful organizations through customized development programs, advisory services, coaching, public programs, distance learning and webinars.

Our parent company, The Conference Board of Canada, is the largest non-partisan, not-for-profit, evidence-based research organization in Canada, specializing in economics, industry strategy and public policy and organizational performance. Our own research, coupled with that of our parent company, enriches and informs our programs by providing insights on current leadership needs and challenges.
